According to the video's description, it was shot in Europe in 2022 and directed by Bárbara Lafuente, the same filmmaker behind "Cuántas veces". It was published on the artist's channel on June 29, 2026, the day she uploaded a large part of her audiovisual archive at once, so the publication date is later than the shoot.

The song, listed as "Zulmarino" on streaming platforms, came out as a single in 2024. Fat Jota is the producer with whom Con.fusión's path began, in a sound close to lo-fi hip hop, before the band Fat Lady and her later collaborations.
